If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing issue, we are happy to resolve the situation for you.
To initiate a quality claim, please email customercare@berkshirehomeco.com with:
1. Your order number (starts with BB)
2. A description of the issue you're experiencing
3. An image of the issue you're experiencing
4. An image of the branded tag sewn into the item
Upon approval, will work with you on a proper remedy including either a replacement, a code to our website, or a refund. We can only offer refunds on purchases made within 30 days on berkshireblanket.com. If the purchase was made more than 30 days prior to the date that you contacted us about the issue, we will only be able to provide to you a replacement or a code.
At this time, we only cover quality issues on products that were purchased in the United States and we cannot ship replacement products outside of the United States. Our quality guarantee covers quality issues only, not returns.

Berkshire offers a 5-Year Limited Warranty for all of our heated products. If you believe you are experiencing a manufacturing defect, you can start a claim by following the steps below. Any physical damage, alterations to the item, consumer misuse, or improper care will void this warranty.
1. Register your heated product here to be eligible.
2.Email customercare@berkshirehomeco.com with a description of your issue, images of the blanket laid out flat, cord in its entirety, and the sewn in label.
3. We will then review and advise on approval or denial. If approved, you will be emailed instructions on how to destroy your item to receive a one-time refund.

To change or cancel your order, email customercare@berkshirehomeco.com immediately. Please note we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes as we begin fulfilling orders as soon as they're placed. We encourage all customers to review their order thoroughly prior to submitting to ensure all information and items are correct.
We only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. To request a return or exchange, please visit the link to our return portal here.
